Learners explore how safety culture varies across different areas of a workplace, and how supervisors can positively influence behaviour, uphold safety standards, and meet their legal obligations.

Participants also review what reasonable care looks like in practice, how documentation protects both supervisors and organizations, and why progressive discipline, training, monitoring, and incident reporting are essential components of due diligence. Ultimately, the course reinforces that being duly diligent is an act of respect—for oneself, for coworkers, and for the legal responsibilities tied to the supervisory role.
