The Employee Harassment & Retaliation Prevention course is a dynamic, video-based program designed to educate employees on preventing, identifying, and addressing all forms of unlawful harassment and retaliation in the workplace.
This course is fully compliant with California law and meets the U.S. Supreme Court’s “Effective Training” standard. It fulfills SB1343 requirements for California employers with five or more employees, mandating one hour of sexual harassment prevention training for non-supervisory staff within six months of hire and every two years thereafter, as well as for temporary employees within 30 days or 100 hours worked.
