The Workplace Harassment, Violence & Bullying Prevention course provides engaging, interactive training designed for managers, supervisors, and employees across Canada.

This program helps employers comply with key Canadian workplace legislation, including:

Learners gain practical knowledge to identify, prevent, and respond appropriately to harassment, violence, and bullying in the workplace. The course emphasizes respectful communication, accountability, and the legal responsibilities of employers and employees in maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment.

• Consenting vs. Welcome Behaviour – Recognizing boundaries and respectful interactions.
• Power Dynamics & Abuse – Identifying intimidation, coercion, and misuse of authority.
• Reasonable Person Standard – Evaluating conduct based on objective workplace expectations.

This online course takes approximately 60 minutes to complete. Learners may progress through the training at their own pace.

A passing score of 80% is required to receive a certificate of completion. Testing is conducted throughout the course to reinforce understanding. Participants may repeat the course twice if a passing mark is not achieved.

Upon successful completion, a Certificate of Completion will be available for immediate download and printing.
