Built around OSHA’s General Duty Clause—which requires employers to maintain a safe work environment—this training helps workers understand their responsibilities in recognizing hazards, responding to incidents, and reporting unsafe conditions.

Learners explore the key elements of emergency preparedness, including how to act during different types of emergencies based on their level of authorization. The course also highlights common risks found on construction sites and offers clear guidance for handling situations involving workplace violence, medical incidents, and other urgent scenarios.

By the end of the course, participants will understand how to take appropriate action when emergencies occur and contribute to a safer work environment for themselves and their team.

This online emergency response training takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. Learners can start, pause, and resume at their convenience.

A minimum score of 80% is required to pass the final assessment. Participants have three attempts to achieve a passing grade.
