This fire extinguisher training program is designed to give you the base knowledge to safely handle and extinguish a fire at your workplace. The course is designed for everyone, from workers who need training to supervisors who need to understand their responsibilities.

The program takes 90 minutes to complete and has theoretical knowledge as well as advice on how to conduct a practical portion. In addition to fire extinguishers use, the course looks at the roles and responsibilities of Fire Watch and Fire Wardens. The program will take you through 21 Sections and provides a wide range of information on legislation, equipment and techniques and common practices.

The course can be used as a standalone online course, or can be combined with practical components to create a comprehensive training program that will allow employers to fulfil training requirements as well as workers to understand their responsibilities and work safely.
