What Is Ground Disturbance?
Ground disturbance refers to any activities that disturb the terrain, such as construction excavations and utility trenching. Ground disturbance can affect surrounding structures, and it can also damage underground installations. For example, an excavation without adequate planning can damage buried power lines or sewage piping. Even when there are no surrounding buildings or buried facilities, ground disturbance can have a negative environmental impact.
This Ground Disturbance course is designed for operators, labourers, and employees who are required to have knowledge of ground disturbance best practices. This course has been reviewed and recognized by the Utility Safety Parters (USP) which used to be known as ABCGA. When you receive your certificate you can feel confident that you received some of the best ground disturbance training available.
