This course is designed to help inexperienced CDL Class A drivers with the proper procedures for backing, parking, and docking.

Successfully backing a vehicle requires skill, practice, patience, and good judgment. Improper or inattentive backing can result in lost time, additional paperwork, and damage to vehicles, buildings, or other equipment. Backing and parking can be some of the most difficult maneuvers a driver performs.
