A clerk makes the reporting process just a little easier, so someone else doesn\u2019t get buried by bureaucracy when they\u2019re already hurt.<\/p>\n

A better safety culture isn\u2019t waiting to be approved or drafted. It\u2019s already underway, in tool sheds, in emails, in a thousand small acts of defiance against \u201cgood enough.\u201d<\/p>\n
