Workplace Investigations

Workplace Investigations Online Course

Incidents and near-misses are unfortunately part of many workplaces. But, if these are used as teaching moments, these can be used to improve the safety of any workspace for any worker. The goal of a workplace investigation is not to blame an individual, but to decipher why an incident occurred and how it can be prevented from re-occurring. Investigations may seem like a daunting task at first, but having a sound investigation plan in place will help you and your organization build a better, and safer, workplace. This online course walks you through the investigation process while using scenarios built upon common workplace incidents.
